STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "c) Pencil-1 Hard"; if the preset is marked dirty, reload it from the brush editor
2. Close Krita and relaunch it
3. Open a file
4. Preset is marked as diry (opacity set to 100%)

I can confirm this for the Aug 13 5.0.0-prealpha (git 5a989ef730) portable .zip package on Windows 10.

Setting to Resource Management because it's kind of related, and that way it will be easier to find it, I think.

It's still valid in 1cbfa33b2 and the reason is that the Opacity is for some reason set to 100% on opening a file even though the preset's value is 60%.

But it's not a regression, so not a release_blocker.
