SUMMARY
When attempting to add a transaction that predates the account opening, the date in ledger is shown in red and the transaction cannot be added. We should either show a tooltip explaining why is this an issue, or simply allow adding such transaction and let the existing consistency checks upon saving the book file do their job and show the relevant warning.

1. Attempt to add a transaction predating the account which it is being assigned to

OBSERVED RESULT
The date field changes text to red and the transaction cannot be added, but no more information is shown.

This has been improved in the master version. I close this here as resolved.
