SUMMARY
Currently when no transactions are imported, we just show a dialog informing that no new transactions were found. However, it would be nice to be shown the imported balance nonetheless.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import transactions using e.g. kbanking plugin
2. Import them again for the same account, expecting no new transactions


OBSERVED RESULT
When new transactions are found, a dialog summary is shown which included the new balance. On a consecutive update attempt immediately after, however, just a generic dialog is shown with no details, hence no balance information.

EXPECTED RESULT
A balance information should be shown always for online backends that provide it.
