SUMMARY
When i open the Wastebin and right-click over some column, it is not possible to select/show the "Deletion date" column - thus it is not possible to sort by that column

Have you looked under the "Other" tab? Note that sorting currently seems broken (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=466310)
