Can you edit the event in KOrganizer?

Please run Kontact from the command line and click the link. Does Kontact print any useful messages before it crashes?

If you can reproduce the crash, can you attach attach the stack trace from the crash dialog to this bug report?

I'm not able to reproduce the exact same issue since I've accidentally deleted that appointment.

I've tried it with another appointment, and I had one time the same error. I can't reproduce it now I've started it through the terminal.

There is another error that I get, when I try to open the contact information of an upcomming birthday. He says that he can't find the contact, but when I look at my addressbook through Kontact, it is there like I expect.

Outcome Terminal:

P.S.: My wife has confiscated my beloved Linux computer, so I'm not able to use it on a daily basis anymore. I'm sorry for any delay in my response for this reason.
