SUMMARY

Dolphine will not allow me to move the window? after I open it, I even tired right-clicking and the menu option to move is disabled, see picture.

found the problem, something changed the, "Special windows setting" for "position" from remember to "force", as a result it was locking the window position.

Yep, window rules will do that. :)
