STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On Dolphin 21.04
2. Go to download new services, search for "wallpaper"
3. Try to install one

An error occurred during the installation process:
The installation failed with code 127 while attempting to run the command:
servicemenuinstaller install /home/god/.local/share/servicemenu-download/SetAsWallpaperAndLockScreen.desktop

The returned output was:
/usr/bin/servicemenuinstaller: error while loading shared libraries: libpackagekitqt5.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Not a KDE issue, you didn't install the necessary optional dependencies.

I installed libpackagekit-glib didn't help
Which dependencies then?

solved, but wonder why is not part of all distros as standard
