SUMMARY
When go into the GlobalShortCuts settings, the settings is frozen for about 1 min, and then the error message comes with "Failed to contact the KDE global shortcuts daemon. message: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken. Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply

It's been happening like this since setting a wine application "WeChat"(微信）into the globalhotkeys settings. I guess it is caused by the unrecognized Chinese characters because the application name include the Chinese name. 

Also tryied to delete the revelant content in "~/.config/kglobalhotkeysrc", and restart the kglobalaccel5, still not work, message as below:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Everytime after rebooting the system, the deleted content in "~/.config/kglobalhotkeysrcf" is self-recovered. 

The settings of "Custom Shortcuts" and "Standard Shortcuts" run normally, except the "global shortcuts"
