SUMMARY
Android application not reconnect do devices

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pair phone with laptop and phone screen locked
2. Restart laptop
3. Send SMS to phone

OBSERVED RESULT
SMS not received to laptop, because phone is unpaired.
Phone pairs to laptop only after screen unlock

EXPECTED RESULT
SMS is received to laptop

Reconnection on Android 9+ should be much better since https://invent.kde.org/network/kdeconnect-android/-/commit/fd34e56675dd7e982e22abb051400804ab5ede67
