There is no distinction between hover and activated states on button "Keep above/below other Windows". This is problematic because a user may think that the button is bugged and is not changing states.

1. Add button "Keep above/below other Windows" to window decorations
2. Hover over it
3. Activate it
4. Hover over it again

You can see that there is no difference 

There should be different shades of grey, so the user can know when it's both activated and hovering over and when they're just hovering over it.
