SUMMARY
Missing Entry field for Province/State in the Metadata Editor "Edit XMP" "Credits"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select an image (or more than one)
2. Open the Metadata Editor (Item -> Edit Metadata) or (CTRl-SHIFT-M)
3. Select the "Edit XMP" tab on the top.
4. Select the "Credits" tab on the left.
5. Inspect the "Contact Section" of the dialog box.  (problem 1 noted).

6. Try entering data without state.  (problem 2 noted).

7. Try entering City, State in the City Field.  (problem 3 noted).

OBSERVED RESULT
Problem 1.  No entry field for Province/State.
Problem 2.  Workaround.  No, it is not pulled from the postal code.  Looked in the DB for confirmation.

Expected an entry field for Province/State.

Why are you opening a new bug for a bug that has already been fixed?
Due to a problem when compiling a plugin, a current Windows bundle was only available today that should contain the fix. Otherwise you have to wait ...
