Bug 440367

SUMMARY
My titlebars dissappear, compositing and kwin breaks (like I can't move windows) sometimes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use your computer
2. couldn't notice a specific action that triggers it


KDE Neon, x11
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.84.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
