Discover fails to update haruna flatpak app

SUMMARY
Discover shows 1 update for Haruna flatpak app. When I click "Update All" button it instantly changes to "Up to Date" message. When I hit check for updates again, the 1 update from before is shown again. This can be repeated indefinitely. See the attached video.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Open Update section
3. Check for Updates
4. Update All
5. Check for Updates again

OBSERVED RESULT
The app gets hidden as it was updated, but it was not.

EXPECTED RESULT
The app should had successfully update.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.22
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.84.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have no data yet if more packages are affected by this or if this is isolated case. I will keep you updated.

Not sure if this is flatpak specific or not, that's why I reported it here in discover section.

This is the error that gets printed out when plasma-discover is run via terminal and I am trying to update the app.

Can you still reproduce this issue with the latest versions of Discover and Haruna?

Sorry, I no longer have the same setup to try it again, but I remember the issue went away somehow eventually.
