SUMMARY
Icons don't show up on start up until I change the icons and colors back and forth. Icons are missing from the Panel the panel Menu and Dolphin in Manjaro

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Computer from shutdown


OBSERVED RESULT

No Icons on Panel, Menu or Dolphin

EXPECTED RESULT

Icons from icon package is there right away instead of only after changing the
icon themes back and forth in the appearance settings. The Icon package ive been using is Pistachio-Numix-2021 the application style is breeze, the Plasma Style is breath color

If Dolphin is affected too, then it can't be a problem in Plasma since Plasma does not control theming in Dolphin. Moving to the kiconthemes framework.

This is still an issue for me on 5.85.0 can someone please fix this?

Its been over a month without anyone looking at this issue but its still a major issue for me?
