SUMMARY
When inline renaming a file on the desktop by using the slow double click method, drag selecting text causes the file to be dragged instead.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start renaming a file on the desktop by using a slow double click
2. Immediately start drag selecting parts of the text

OBSERVED RESULT
The renaming is cancelled and the file is dragged instead

EXPECTED RESULT
Text is selected

Can reproduce when the drag starts from a point where the icon would be if the rename panel wasn't open. Let's see if I can fix it.
