SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run app
2. bug

OBSERVED RESULT
When the application is launched and fully loaded, the entire interface is black, but the toolbar functions (which is on top)


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 8.1 embeded


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On previous versions of windows 7 and windows 10, everything is fine
