Confirmed in b00b0063 - the default shortcut for the Rectangle Tool is activated as soon as Shift+R is pressed (in fact, all tool shortcuts activate on press, not on release) so the active tool has changed before the left click engages Select Multiple Layer mode. |
Created attachment 140270 [details] Shortcut keys for Select Multiple Layer Mode and Rectangle Tool SUMMARY Using the Select Multiple Layer Mode shortcut key causes the switch to the Rectangle Tool. When painting, I need to switch the Freehand Brush Tool after using the Select Multiple Layer Mode shortcut key(Shift+R+Left button). I think it is better to change the shortcut key for Select Multiple Layer Mode to R+Shift+Left button, so that you will not switch to the Rectangle Tool.
