digiKam currently shows the last used location at startup. This works well for most situations except:

1) When a location contains confidential/sensitive content, which you don't want to be disclosed to certain opponents.

2) When the album's tree is very deep and you need to switch between branches very often. In this case, you'd want digiKam to open a certain centralized location on each startup.

Therefore, I wish digiKam can implement an option to set its startup album location. It should contain the following options:

[] Last used location
[] Specific location [PATH] [EDIT]
