SUMMARY

If latte dock implements the layershell protocol it will allow us to run latte dock in wlroots based compositors like sway, wayfire ...etc

Longterm plane is certainly a good idea, as we also want plasma to use layershell.
There's a technical limitation that as of Qt5 you can only use one shell in a process. Because latte also has a normal window (layout settings) which we want to use xdg-shell, we have to hold off for now
