SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Dolphin DMG from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Dolphin_Release_macos/
2. Set system theme to Dark in Mac system settings
3. Run Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Folder & file names can't be seen

EXPECTED RESULT
Folder, file names should be readable

This is similar to issue 403913 and the workaround there (editing dolphin.app) worked.
