SUMMARY
Single track transitions result in audio tracks not being properly silenced.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the single-track transition feature to transition from one AV clip to another.
2. Mute the audio track that contains the single-track transition
3. Render a WAV file of just the audio.

OBSERVED RESULT
Rendered audio track alternates between muted and unmuted.

EXPECTED RESULT
Rendered audio track is completely muted.

Thank you for reporting. I can confirm. 

I added 2 A/V clips to the imeline with same-track transiton. Mute the audio. Rendering to wav or MP4. The audio of the second clip after the transition is playing.

This should be fixed now. Please test with the nightly version and close this report if it is fixed. Thanks again for your report!

I tested with the latest update and it works as expected. I close this bug. If it still appears, please feel free to re-open it.
