SUMMARY
The file menu does not include import / export functions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kaddrressbook in KDE Neon 5.22.3 (stable).
2. Click on "File"

OBSERVED RESULT
The import and export functions are not available.

EXPECTED RESULT
The import / export functions ought to be functional.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I just installed a fresh copy of Neon (Stable) yesterday, 16 July, 2021. .iso file name = nneon-user-20210715-0945.iso. Packages are up to date, according to "Discover".

Confirmed. In fact, I am unable to import or export anything. The context menus also don't work. Furthermore, adding an addressbook from a VCard file (File > New > Add address book > VCard file) does add a new addressbook, but that addressbook remains empty. Drag and drop does not work either.

My contacts seem to be locked into KAddressbook.
