SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set guide at time that the space insertion should start
2. Select Timeline
3. Select Space
4. Select Insert Space

OBSERVED RESULT
Add Space pop-up appears
Has duration of space to be added
Has checkbox for "Insert Space in all tracks", but if not selected does not give you the option to select the track.
If all tracks are selected, then ok the time, it is added to the beginning, not where the guide is set.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to insert space at time selected in the timeline and select which track to add the space to as well as the duration.

I can confirm: 
Insert space act differently from timeline right click vs. menu timeline/space.

- Menu timeline/space acts always where the playhead is and on mouse selected track. 

- Timeline right-click space doesn't react even if you prior select a clip(s) or a track with the mouse.
