I don't know how to trigger it but sometimes when deleting a file with the Delete key the screen will turn black for a split second and come back. I'm not on KDE though, I'm on another wm but using Dolphin. Thought about reporting it here, I could run some tests if you tell me.

This version is almost two years old; can you please upgrade to a supported version and try again?
