SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I added two pictures with separate video tracks.
2. I applied the "Position and Zoom" effect to the second track. And I rendered video.
3. It looked normal in the preview screen of kdenlive. But the effect was not applied to the rendered video.

OBSERVED RESULT

"Position and Zoom" effect doesn't work.

EXPECTED RESULT

"Position and Zoom" effect works well.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro KDE.

Works well for me on Ubuntu Studio 20.04.3 LTS with kdenlive-21.08.0a-x86_64.appimage

Thanks for your report! With version 21.08 we switched from mlt6 to mlt7 and under the hood there have been some major changes on how transform effects work. Please download the latest version, test again and give use some feedback (https://kdenlive.org/en/download/)
