SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check the box "turn off the touchpad when the mouse is connected" 
2. Wait for the system to enter standby or hibernation mode (or enable it manually) 
3. Exit standby or hibernation mode 

OBSERVED RESULT
The touchpad turns on when the mouse is connected and a popup appears, notifying about this

EXPECTED RESULT
The touchpad is disabled if the mouse is still connected
