SUMMARY
When I browse and select a photo to use as profile picture, I'd like to be able to perform basic adjustments, like cropping and rotation, before applying my changes.
This can be handy for those cases in which the subject is not centered in the frame, or a rotation adjustment is needed.

I've noticed this on Kubuntu 21.04 running KDE Plasma 5.21.4, but asked on the reddit sub and a KDE contributor told me this feature doesn't exist at all even on later versions, hence version set as latest.

Not sure about the severity and Component.

Since recently Nate posted about the screenshot/annotation UI to reach also gwenview, I wonder if it could be used also to implement this change on the profile picture UI? Or is it overkill?

We have cropping now as of Plasma 6.2; re-titling this to be about rotation.
