SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to the desktop with the Wayland session selected.
2. Open a fullscreen (in my case opengl) application, Steam game CSGO (Counter Strike Global Offensive)
3. When I've pressed the META key afterwards to launch plasma-systemmonitor (or any other app), The application launched stays below CSGO. 

The Application Launcher / Menu launches above CSGO (On META key press), but any application opened does not.

Only the cursor changes when hovering the opened application.
