SUMMARY
Minimising/Maximising windows in Plasma have choppy/laggy animations under Wayland - are not smooth.

In addition, I have no idea if VLC player playback is the reason for these blue lines to appear when i watch the recorded video locally, or if they are not a playback problem but a problem with KWin/Plasma.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a Wayland session
2. Minimise window
3. Maximise window

OBSERVED RESULT
Animations are not smooth. Somewhere arrow the middle of the animations there is a jump like dropped frame or i don't know what's the name for it.

EXPECTED RESULT
A nice smooth animation.
