Immediately upon starting Digikam.

Incidentally, it's not a bug in digiKam, we've been using this key shortcut for many years. The guys at KXmlGui used this keyboard shortcut. We have cleared the way so that the KF5 framework does not have to be changed again. In the keyboard shortcut editor change it to ALT + SHIFT + I and everything is fine.

Weird, I just came to report this same thing and the initial search "digikam two actions one shortcut" returned nothing relevant https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=digikam%20two%20actions%20one%20shortcut&list_id=1977148, but once I started writing the report, the interface correctly suggested this bug.
