Created attachment 139762 [details] Scrollbars with no content SUMMARY New Digital Clock applet has scrollbars that are minimized until cursor is pointed and it looks very weird. Couldn't find a proper category, so apologize in advance STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Digital Clock applet 2. See screenshot 3. OBSERVED RESULT Scrollbars are available in Events and Time Zone sections. While there is a long scrollbar in Time Zone section, it actually does not scroll anything when moved. EXPECTED RESULT No scrollbars unless there is something to scroll.
