SUMMARY
Packages built by Craft using Apple Silicon ignore the fact they are supposed to be compiled for x64 and instead are built for arm64 arch.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. craft -I kpimtextedit  

OBSERVED RESULT
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture arm64

EXPECTED RESULT
Build should succeed

3.19.2 is the first version that supports Apple Silicon
