Google Clock clock-like selector

The Google Clock has an awesome selector for hours and minutes and it allows you to use the keyboard too. Currently, the KClock selector isn't so good to use with mouse/touchpad.

Note: KClock category is missing here in bugs.kde.org.

Alarms selector

Alarms selector is really confusing. I think the Google Clock selector would be way better.

This issue is tracked at https://invent.kde.org/libraries/kirigami-addons/-/issues/2.

Sorry, but this isn't what this report is about. This report is actually proposing the timers selection to change, because it currently requires too many clicks.

OK, please open that at https://invent.kde.org/plasma-mobile/kclock/-/issues. KClock uses GitLab issues instead of Bugzilla.

Understood, thanks!
