STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. right-click on desktop
3. press any keyboard shortcut of Spectacle (printscreen, meta+shift+printscreen,
meta+ctrl+printscreen)

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Keyboard shortcut pressed in the last step works

In fact no global keyboard shortcut works while a menu is open.
For example, nothing happens when I press the following shortcuts:

alt+spacebar - krunner
meta+e - dolphin
meta+. - emoji selector
