ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. bug:
Since the last testing update, the activation button, from the
energy saving mode, inverted. If the activation button is activated, then the energy-saving mode is deactivated, and vice versa.

2. bug: Discover constantly shows an update in the tsak bar.
but after starting discover, no update is found.
The update message in the taskbar remains nevertheless.

Please don't mix unrelated issues in the same report. The Discover issue is already reported and fixed. What is "the activation button, from the
energy saving mode"? Please post a screenshot.

The other issue appears to be Bug 438687; duping to that.

It's the second report, though I cannot reproduce the issue.
