SUMMARY
Followed instructions found on https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development
Just try to build anything in the examples like Dolphin results in errors "unable to configure "?" with CMAKE and KDE
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. mkdir -p ~/kde/src & cd ~/kde/src/
2. git clone https://invent.kde.org/sdk/kdesrc-build.git && cd kdesrc-build
3. ./kdesrc-build --initial-setup 
4 source ~/.bashrc
5 sudo setcap CAP_NET_RAW=+ep ~/kde/usr/lib/libexec/ksysguard/ksgrd_network_helper <produces bug as libexec not found>
6 kdesrc-build dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Many packages that try to build all have the same errors:
Building kcoreaddons from frameworks (2/54)

This is not a bug in kdesrc-build but rather some deficiency in the documentation (missing entries from the required packages list?) or a mistake on your part (instructions not followed completely; steps accidentally omitted, etc).

Not a topic for the bug tracker, I'm afraid. :)

However we would be happy to help you get kdesrc-build working for you. I know that it can be rather fiddly and complicated. Hop over to the #kde-devel chatroom on Matrix or irc.libera.chat and we'll help get that sorted out for you.
