Example buttons vs context menu

SUMMARY

Both buttons are not doing anything when active layer is a transparency layer.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a simple document with one paint layer
2. Add a transparency mask
3. Try to use "Add blank frame" and "Add duplicate frame" with buttons


OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
Use of action in context menu works.


EXPECTED RESULT
Button should work as context menu :)

This has been changed to "resolved, not a bug"?


I'm not sure to understand why...
Buttons are not working, it's bug :)
