SUMMARY
I can't drag a tab from one Konsole window to another

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 2 Konsole windows
2. Open a second tab in one of the windows
3. Right-click the new tab, click detach
4. try to drag the detached window to the different Konsole window from the one it was originally attached to
5. I get no option to drop it to the other window

OBSERVED RESULT
While I can't drop the tab on a new window, I can re-attach it to the original window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to drag & drop tabs from any Konsole window to any other

Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5

Check your settings and make sure “use only  one konsole instance” is
selected
