SUMMARY
add chance to set both grid and list view in right panel for all application categories

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. currently there's no chance to set both grid and list view in the right panel for all applications categories
2. it is only possible to "tweak" that setting for "favorites" category

OBSERVED RESULT
lack of customization
