SUMMARY
When using the mouse or pen to free rotate the canvas, the canvas not only rotates, but pans slowly off-screen. This happens with mouse or pen, and regardless of key combination. (Shift+Space+LeftClick, Shift+MiddleClick, etc)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open canvas, use Shift+Space+LeftClick OR Shift+MiddleClick
2. Begin rotating canvas with mouse/pen
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Canvas rotates freely but also slowly pans out of the view area.

EXPECTED RESULT
Canvas rotates in place without panning

Cannot reproduce here on 5.0 beta :( I do recall there were some subtle changes here, if you could, might it be possible to check with Krita 5.0 beta (or above) whether this still happens?
