SUMMARY
I was rearranging my Dolphin's toolbar on Wayland but I couldn't bring it to the side. I couldn't dock it on Dolphin, and when I try, it just tiles, like an app window.

When I try to do it on X11, the toolbar doesn't show at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Undock the toolbar
2. Drag to the desired position (in my case, the right side)

OBSERVED RESULT
Toolbar will tile like an app window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Toolbar will dock on Dolphin

Yeah this is a known limitation of the QDockWidget in Qt. It's an upstream issue.
