Can confirm. I could not reproduce and I validated minimum size hints. Some code changes in frameworks 5.83. Can you reopen if an issue persists with Plasma 5.23. |
Created attachment 139172 [details] Two widgets (here: system monitor sensors in text-only mode) overlap in the panel. SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Place two widgets that may vary in size in panel, e.g. two text-only system monitor sensors. OBSERVED RESULT Widgets overlap. EXPECTED RESULT Widgets are manually resizable in panel edit mode or will be automatically resized when needed. Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.82.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.12.9-arch1-1 (64-bit) ADDITIONAL information. In panel edit mode, the widgets don't have a handle for resizing, only for moving. Adding a spacer between the widgets is not a solution because it will change the whole panel layout.
