SUMMARY
Every time when I run Kate. First it appears this message:

Unable to create io-slave. Klauncher said: Error loading '/snap/kate/91/isr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so'.

This is no Kate, but a snap packaging issue.

I should have directly commented here properly and not just silently swapped the product/component, that was no good way to communicate this from my side, sorry!

Please update to the latest version in the store ( 22.12.3 )
