Thanks for reporting this, it appears that a SHA-384 hash was provided instead by accident.

This has now been corrected in https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/commit/c17325a4cebf04331f8dac6a2d52c405ed3b3de4 and will become visible on apps.kde.org within the next 24-48 hours.
