SUMMARY
Ekos tries to start INDI service and returns this error message.
2021-06-03T06:01:26: [ERROR] Failed to connect to port (/dev/ttyUSB0). Error: Port failure Error: Operation not permitted. Check if device is connected to this port.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restart all the computer, KStars and the service
2. Scanned and re-scanned the ports
3. It locates one port: 2021-06-03T06:05:17: [INFO] Scan complete. Found 1 port(s). 

OBSERVED RESULT
The same every time no connection

EXPECTED RESULT

A connection to my CGEM mount

You're using KStars 3.3.6? That's quite old. Please use the Ubuntu PPA and use the latest packages: https://indilib.org/get-indi/download-ubuntu.html
