STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to https://apps.kde.org/

OBSERVED RESULT
icons of the following apps are missing:
AtCore Test Client
KGraphViewer
Koko
Phone
Ruqola
Gemini
KDiskFree

EXPECTED RESULT
no missing icon

Bug 436023 mentioned not only missing icons but also other issues. Now those other issues have been resolved and that bug has been closed, but some icons are still not displayed on Chrome, I'll reopen this bug.

All icons on apps.k.o are SVGs. Those that are missing on Chrome are ones that are made from PNGs, and they seem to be incompatible with Chrome. Currently they are:
KDiskFree
KGraphViewer
Koko
Ruqola
