I was able to reproduce it a moment ago, and submitted it via https://discuss.kde.org/t/is-the-crash-handler-separate-to-drkonqi/14445/4?u=rokejulianlockhart, but I don't have access to https://crash-reports.kde.org/auth/login/kde/, so I can't correlate them here.

I believe that I have ascertained what causes this, per ≤ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2391168#c13. Though, this report states that it did so when the theme was selected, rather than when the sidebar was invoked.
