SUMMARY

With the update the text for the "Open" Icon in Taskbar have disappeared:


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make the Taksbar visible
2. Ensure there is the "Open" icon

OBSERVED RESULT

There is no text to the right of the icon.


EXPECTED RESULT

There must be the text "Open"

Right click on Toolbar and edit it and add whatever you like in there.

OK, but the problem got fixed in version  21.12.1 without my intervention. it seems someone else of the team fixed it. 
Though it was a bug, since the Text "Open…" must be present unless user has updated it.
