Screencast of flickering cursor in wrong shape.

SUMMARY
When I move the cursor on a resizable edge of the main view, it changes it shape to a resize cursor.
When I move the cursor back in the main view, or in a side panel, it stays in this shape and flickers.
While the cursor is on the toolbar or another window, the issue is not visible.
When I move the cursor on another resizable edge, it changes to another resize cursor.
When I move the cursor on the bottom edge and then in the main view, the issue is gone.
It’s weird.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the cursor on the left or right edge of the main view.
2. Move the cursor into the main view.

Resize cursor, flickering

Arrow cursor
