SUMMARY
This bug only occurs on Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have 2 or more user accounts on your system
2. open System Settings
3. if System Settings window is not maximized, maximize it
4. go to Users KCM
5. delete a user account under "Other accounts"
6. click on "+ Add new user" button

OBSERVED RESULT
you can not create a new user account because keyboard input does not work with
the text fields of "Create User" page. Also nothing happens when you click on "Account type" combobox.
Click on "Restore" button in the window decoration and now both keyboard and mouse inputs work.

EXPECTED RESULT
we should be able to create a new user account after the last step

That makes no sense, also I can't reproduce it. Can you confirm it happens every time.

Can you include output of WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 systemsettings5

I have reproduced the keyboard input bug again right now. But touchpad input worked this time.

Also cannot reproduce; closing as WORKSFORME since 3 folks can't reproduce. If you can still reproduce, please re-open the bug.
